Role Description The Planning and Cost Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project cost plans and schedules, ensuring that project budgets, timelines, and resources are controlled and aligned with organizational objectives. The manager will prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses,



providing transparent insights and recommendations to project leaders and senior management. Day-to-day activities include monitoring project progress, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and updating cost and planning data in relevant systems.

The role also involves supporting bid preparation, optimizing resource allocation, and enforcing compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,.
- Proficiency in project planning and cost control software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project ) with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in tunneling, networks, or similar heavy civil engineering environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards.
