IKEA is seeking a Hospitality Operations Leader to lead the Food team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach and develop your team, identify improvements in operations and ensure food safety and daily routines meet IKEA standards. The role requires flexibility for a rotating roster and weekend shifts, reporting to the Unit Food Operations Manager.
