The Opportunity
This is a hands -on leadership role, not a desk job.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working within the senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the Security Screen Division, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance on the floor, building team capability, and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and output.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the action, solving problems in real time, while also contributing at a strategic level.
