Rostrevor Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Mobile Crushing Operators to join our dynamic team in Melbourne to work across multiable sites, Victoria. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to support our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Operate excavators, loaders, and mobile crushing equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on assigned machinery
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and other team members
- Contribute to the successful completion of construction projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a rapid-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant licences and certifications (e.g. forklift, high-risk work)
