Uniting AgeWell is seeking Home Care Workers to support clients in Burnie, Tasmania with direct care, domestic assistance, social support and transport as required. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to recognise changes in clients’ conditions, uphold rights and cultural needs, and provide friendly, qualified service.
Applicants should have a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent, current First Aid and CPR, and a valid Victorian/Tasmanian Driver's Licence.
