We’re Hiring: Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Leading Edge Innovations is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be the key link between customers, technicians, suppliers and our internal team, helping deliver fleet technology solutions and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience.

What you’ll be doing:

- Onboarding recent customers and supporting implementation
- Scheduling and tracking vehicle installations across multiple sites
- Coordinating technicians, suppliers and internal teams
- Keeping customers informed throughout projects
- Responding to service requests and support activities
- Maintaining customer, project and business information
- Completing monthly billing and reconciling customer subscriptions with supplier charges
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and internal processes

You won’t be responsible for resolving technical issues — your focus is on coordination, communication, customer service and keeping things moving.
