The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be joining a well-established team who provide Customer Service support to our fantastic clients. Working in a fun environment you will be dealing with a wide range of people from labourers to project managers which combine inbound enquiries and outbound order confirmations.
The remuneration includes Over time and the start times vary but usually between 6 am and 7 am.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff.
- Process customer orders accurately and communicate proactively regarding timelines or delays.
- Collaborate with sales, production, operations, and dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Escalates unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining strict adherence to the Allocation Procedure Manual.
- Drive process improvements and optimize dispatch workflows to reduce costs while delivering high service levels.
- Perform varied operational duties aligned with skills and business requirements as needed.
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable talking on the phone with customers, often taking high volume of calls a day.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly communicate openly and effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving & conflict resolution skills are essential.
Have excellent attention to detail & high-level proficiency in Google & MS Office
- It would be great if you had experience in the concrete or building industry,
however it is not essential as full training is provided in ordering systems and product knowledge for the right applicant.
