From assisting families with notices to supporting government and business clients, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll move confidently between calls, orders, inbox enquiries and administration, providing friendly, accurate and efficient service along the way.

About the role:

No two days will look quite the same. You’ll be responsible for:

- Taking incoming customer and order enquiries.

- Managing multiple queues and supporting different areas of the business.

- Processing classified advertising orders for clients including government organisations, agencies and funeral directors.

- Assisting members of the public with advertising including death notices, real estate, motoring, employment and general classifieds.

- Proofreading and editing customer advertisements and online orders with a strong eye for detail.

- Booking advertisements and coordinating artwork requirements.

- Setting up and maintaining the daily index.

- Managing multiple inboxes and responding to customer requests.

- Providing outstanding customer service while meeting deadlines and service standards.

About you:

You’ll be an adaptable team player who enjoys helping people, is comfortable juggling different priorities and takes pride in getting the details right.

You’ll bring

- Previous customer service experience, either phone-based or face-to-face.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.





- The ability to stay organised and manage competing deadlines.

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and help.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Confidence learning new systems and processes.

- Experience in contact centres, administration, internal sales or industries such as funerals, insurance, healthcare, real estate, superannuation or media will be highly regarded.
