Summary of the position:
- Picton location
- Permanent Full-Time
- Salary commencing from $1,574.77 per week+ 12% Superannuation
- 35-hour week with Flex-Time system

We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
1. Experience working within a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment.
2. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
3. Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
4. Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
5. Current Class C Drivers License.
