Dance, Singing, Music, Drama and Art Teachers Wanted – Find your purpose (Wyong, NSW)

We teach kids, teens, and adults with disabilities and neurodiversities. We value learning, fun, mental health and asking questions - we love being curious and growing our knowledge about what we do.

We're currently hiring for five roles: a Dance Teacher, Singing Teacher, Music Teacher and Drama Teacher.

Role 1: Dance Teacher

What you'll be doing:

- Teaching a mix of jazz, musical theatre, tap, contemporary, and movement classes
- Creating choreography and routines (with support if needed)

Role 2: Singing Teacher

What you'll be doing:

- Teaching individual singing lessons across a range of ages and abilities
- Accompanying students on guitar or piano (ideally play one or the other at a basic level)
- Supporting our students to build confidence, vocal technique, and a love of performing

Role 3: Drama Teacher

What you'll be doing:

- Teaching drama classes
- Supporting our students to feel confident, create recent friendships and shine on stage
- Helping students to create their own scripts and characters

Role 4: Music Teacher

What you'll be doing:

- Teaching a mix of musical instruments individually and/or in groups
- Supporting our students to build confidence and performance skills
- Helping students with creative expression, rhythm and timing and fine motor skills through music

Role 5: Art Teacher

What you'll be doing:





- Teaching art classes individually and/or in groups
- Helping students with creative expression and fine motor skills through art
- Providing a fun and safe learning workplace for self expression

What we're looking for:

- Relevant teaching experience
- Located in (or can travel to) Wyong, NSW
- Confidence working with people with disabilities and neurodiversities, or a willingness to learn with our support
- Good vibes, great classroom energy, showing up with heart and advocating for students
- Supporting and building connection and community
- Helping students prep for shows, showcases, and sometimes big time national performance opportunities
- Prepare for concerts and support the team at concert time
- Singing Teacher applicants: able to play guitar or piano to accompany lessons
- WWCC + First Aid
- Bonus if you've worked in support work, inclusive education, or allied health
- Available on week days (but some choice which days)
- Minimum of 12 hours per week. Could go up to 20+ hours for the right person
