Walker Golf Things seeks a senior, hands-on E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to own our DTC channel across Australia, the US and the UK. You will diagnose problems, build plans, brief the team, and execute with minimal founder intervention, driving results end-to-end.

You’ll own commercial planning, daily trading metrics, paid acquisition, performance creative, Shopify/CRO, CRM and regular reporting, reporting to founders with a explicit growth plan.
