Working Arrangement: Flexible work from home The OpportunityWe are seeking an Entry-Level Data Optimization Analyst to support the accuracy and organisation of information across internal systems.
This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with computers, following structured processes and completing detail-focused tasks. Previous professional data experience is not essential, as onboarding and role-specific training will be provided.
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:
- Review information and identify basic inconsistencies or missing details
- Update and maintain records within internal systems
- Perform routine data accuracy checks
- Organise digital information according to established procedures
- Complete straightforward data corrections and updates
- Maintain accurate records of completed work
- Support general data administration and system-based activities
- Follow documented processes and quality requirements
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for applicants who have:
- Basic computer and digital literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
- Reliable communication skills
- The ability to complete routine tasks independently
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software would be useful but is not essential. Experience and TrainingThis is an entry-level opportunity.
Previous experience as a Data Analyst is not required. Training and onboarding will be provided to help successful candidates understand the systems, procedures and responsibilities associated with the position.
Location RequirementThis is a remote position based in Australia.
