About Kulbardi

Kulbardi is an Indigenous-owned workplace supplies business providing practical and reliable supply solutions to organisations across Australia.

As part of our Workplace Supply Services, we don’t just deliver supplies - we help our clients manage them. Our team visits workplaces to check stock, place orders, make deliveries and keep workplace cupboards and vending machines replenished and organised.

We’re now looking for a reliable and organised Workplace Supply Officer to join our Sydney team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working independently and providing outstanding service. You’ll visit workplaces across Sydney to deliver supplies, refill cupboards and vending machines, check stock levels and make sure everything is neat and well organised.

What does a typical day look like?

You will generally start by collecting prepared stock from our Wetherill Park warehouse before heading out to scheduled client sites in a company vehicle.

Your day will include

- Driving to workplaces across metropolitan Sydney

- Checking stock in workplace cupboards, storage areas and vending machines

- Placing replenishment orders using a company tablet or device

- Collecting prepared orders from the warehouse

- Delivering and putting away workplace supplies

- Keeping cupboards and stock areas tidy, organised and clearly labelled

- Getting to know each site and following its access and safety requirements

- Letting the team know about any stock, delivery or site issues

- Completing basic system updates, vehicle checks and safety paperwork

You will work independently for much of the day, but you’ll have support from the wider Kulbardi team whenever you need it.

What are we looking for?

You don’t need to have done this exact job before. Experience in delivery driving,

stock replenishment, merchandising, inventory, vending or other field-based work would be helpful, but training will be provided.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work and is comfortable dealing with clients.

You will need

- A current unrestricted Australian C-class driver licence
- A safe driving history

- Confidence driving a company van or similar vehicle around Sydney
- The ability to complete regular light-to-moderate lifting and manual handling

- Basic confidence using a tablet and computer systems

- Good attention to detail and time-management skills
- A friendly, professional approach when working at client sites
- The ability to work independently and follow site and safety procedures

No truck licence is required.

What is in it for you?

- Full-time hours: 38 hours per week

- Monday-to-Friday work within business hours

- No regular evening or weekend shifts
- A take-home company vehicle

- Fuel and toll costs covered by Kulbardi

- Full training and support
- A varied role where you’re not sitting behind a desk all day
- The opportunity to build relationships with regular client sites

The hourly rate is $30–$32 per hour, plus superannuation and applicable leave entitlements.

About the opportunity

This is a full-time, fixed-term position with an expected duration of 12–18 months, aligned with the completion of a client project.

The role focuses mainly on delivering workplace supplies across Sydney, with some vending machine replenishment at client sites.

We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
