If you are looking to expand your skillset and be part of an energetic, highly skilled team, we want to meet you. Our team is made up of people just like you, with an unrelenting desire to solve all the world’s problems. Well, the teeth related problems anyway.

We have multiple dental specialists who provide complex, comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment for patients in Ballarat and most of Western Victoria. More importantly, we have a team of administrative and clinical support staff who help make it all happen. If you want to join this team with a passion for excellence in patient care, customer service, clinical outcomes, then we might just be the right place for you.

We are seeking someone who already has great communication skills and attention to detail, but is looking to expand their clinical skills. We want someone who is a problem solver. We want someone who genuinely wants to help change the lives of our patients, but also get paid well to do it. We want someone who is already good at what they do,

but also need a bit of a challenge and is ready to take their career to the next level.

We currently have a maternity leave position for an experienced Dental Assistant with a view for possible ongoing employment. You will work alongside specialists in Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Ideally this is a full-time position, but also, we get it, the world has changed, and people want that work-life balance. In fact, very few of our team work five days a week, so we can usually be versatile in that regard.
