About Toowoomba Grammar School
Toowoomba Grammar School was founded in 1875 and is a member school of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland (GPS). It is an independent non-denominational day and boarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1,100 from Preparatory to Year 12. There are approximately 300 boarders in the School coming predominantly from throughout Queensland, Northern Current South Wales and the Northern Territory.
The School’s campus covers 20.5 hectares and is located one kilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

About the Position
Toowoomba Grammar School is seeking a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator to join our Communications and Marketing team. This exciting role is responsible for capturing and sharing the stories that showcase the people, opportunities, achievements and experiences that make our School unique.
Working across the School, you will create engaging content for social media, video, photography, podcasts, websites, publications and marketing campaigns. From capturing major events and student achievements through to developing innovative content strategies and analysing performance insights, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the School's brand and community engagement.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic storyteller with a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement and emerging content formats. You'll enjoy working in a agile environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with students, staff and families to create authentic and compelling content that reflects the values and aspirations of Toowoomba Grammar School.
Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience creating engaging digital content across social media, video and online platforms.
- Strong photography, videography and video editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content independently.
- Knowledge of contemporary social media platforms, audience engagement strategies and emerging digital trends.
- The ability to identify and develop compelling stories that resonate with a variety of audiences.
- Experience planning, scheduling and managing content across multiple channels while meeting competing deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging and audience-focused digital copy.
- Experience using analytics and performance data to measure success and inform future content strategies.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a diverse school community.
- A collaborative, proactive and creative approach, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
