About the role

This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week) for an experienced, self-directed marketer who can own the paid digital presence end to end. You'll plan, build, run and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging AI-driven ad platforms, and create the content that powers them. You'll be joining an established business with a clear niche, a strong portfolio of completed projects, and a team that values initiative and results.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube)

- Use AI-powered ad placement and optimisation tools to improve targeting, bidding and return on ad spend

- Create engaging content, including social posts, ad copy, graphics, short-form video and project showcases

- Develop targeted campaigns to reach dental, medical and veterinary practice owners and healthcare decision-makers

- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, with explicit insights and recommendations

- Manage ad budgets efficiently and continually test and refine to improve lead quality and cost per lead

- Work with the leadership team to align marketing activity with business development goals

About you





- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google, with results you can show

- Hands-on experience with AI-driven advertising tools and automated campaign strategies

- Strong content creation skills across copywriting, design (Canva, Adobe or similar) and video

- Confident using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Able to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver in a part-time capacity

- Experience in B2B, healthcare, construction or professional services marketing is highly regarded
