School Plus is seeking a passionate and confident Responsible Person to join our team at Bluewater State School.

As a Responsible Person, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service, mentoring educators and helping create engaging experiences where children can learn, grow and belong.

About the Role

You'll

- Support the daily operation of the service when required
- Lead and guide educators during shifts
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
- Support engaging play-based experiences that encourage learning, creativity and fun
- Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the school community
- Ensure compliance with child safety, supervision and service requirements
- Foster a positive team culture and lead by example

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping teams succeed.

You'll have

- Experience working in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or a similar setting
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- The confidence to lead a team and support service operations when required
