We are seeking experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Our Gold Coast Locations. Each day will bring new challenges, but also the rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their own homes and the community helping them to live safely and independently. Your role will be both wide-ranging and impactful, ensuring clients receive the care they deserve to thrive.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with physical/ intellectual/ psychosocial disabilities.
- Assisting with household tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation and domestic tasks including cleaning.
- Help clients with daily activities like showering, dressing, toileting and medication management.
- Support clients in engaging with community activities and social opportunities.
- Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and healthy, following care plans to promote overall well-being.
- Ensuring delivered support is according to each client’s individual needs.
- Must have availability for some weekends and sleepovers

Ideally, you have experience in the disability sector and are committed to providing high-quality, person centered care. You value building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families and thrive in an environment where every day is different.
Must be available for active & inactive sleepover shifts
