Your Role
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll provide person-centred support that helps participants live more independently, confidently, and connected to their community.
Shifts available across
- Days
- Evenings
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends
- Public holidays
Key Responsibilities
You’ll support participants with
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Respite care
- Community access & social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation
- Group participation
- Life skills development
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Community Services or similar
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Driver Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone Experience & Skills
Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in disability support
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Hoist training highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems such as ShiftCare
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
