You will provide person centred support to participants in their homes and the community, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. This role involves behavioural support, daily living assistance, community access, and consistent qualified communication.

About you
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
- Strong understanding of person centred practice
- Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and implement strategies safely
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or equivalent (desirable)
