Our Community Support Workers provide practical, meaningful support to children, young people and their families at home and in the community.
Our support workers build trusted relationships with clients and families, helping make everyday life a little easier while supporting independence, participation, confidence and connection.
Depending on the individual client, support may include morning or evening routines, community outings, recreational activities, attending appointments, school holiday support, respite or helping a young person participate in activities that are significant to them.
Shifts are generally a minimum of three hours and are matched according to the needs of the client and the skills, experience, availability and location of the support worker.
