100% Remote | Australia-Wide | $200–$350+ per hour | Flexible Hours Change Medical is currently representing multiple established and emerging Australian telehealth providers seeking experienced Medical Practitioners, GPs and Specialists for flexible remote consulting opportunities.

We are particularly interested in practitioners with experience across specialised prescribing, medicinal cannabis, chronic disease, pain management, preventative health and other emerging areas of telehealth medicine.

Whether you're looking for a few additional sessions each week or a more substantial telehealth commitment, we can introduce you to opportunities aligned with your clinical experience, interests and availability.

Remuneration & Flexibility

- $200–$350+ per hour, depending on experience, clinic and consulting model
- Independent contractor opportunities
- 100% remote – work from anywhere in Australia
- Flexible weekday, evening and weekend sessions
- Part-time through to substantial/full-time consulting opportunities

- Other emerging and specialised treatment models





Several clients are particularly interested in practitioners who are currently Authorised Prescribers or have experience prescribing through the Special Access Scheme (SAS). Practitioners interested in developing experience in these areas are also encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding and clinical support available through selected providers.

The Role

Depending on the provider and clinical area, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting comprehensive telehealth consultations
- Assessing patient history, presentation and treatment suitability
- Developing individualised treatment and management plans
- Prescribing within relevant Australian regulatory and clinical frameworks
- Reviewing pathology and clinical investigations where appropriate
- Conducting follow-up consultations and monitoring treatment outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Working within established clinical governance and prescribing protocols

About You

We welcome enquiries from:
- General Practitioners
- Medical Practitioners
- Relevant Medical Specialists

You will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Appropriate registration and qualifications for your scope of practice
- Skilled indemnity insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent patient communication
- Confidence consulting remotely
- A private consulting environment and reliable internet connection

Experience in telehealth, medicinal cannabis, Authorised Prescribing, SAS prescribing, pain management, chronic disease, general practice or preventative healthcare will be highly regarded.
