Remuneration

- Counsellor Lvl 4: $131,585 - $134,775 per annum
- Senior Psychologist: $128,933 - $139,712 per annum

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging Location: Cabramatta Community Health Centre

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Relevant tertiary qualification as a Registered Senior Psychologist or Counsellor which provides eligibility for membership with a professional organisation and or current registration with AHPRA where applicable. Must have a minimum of 9 years' as a psychologist and is capable of meeting the requirements of a Senior Psychologist according to the Health and Community Employees Psychologist (State). Counsellor:



Must hold as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in counselling or a related field, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

- Please provide a specific example that demonstrates your advanced clinical skills in assessment, counselling and case management when working with a person experiencing complex alcohol and other drug-related needs. How did you assess risk and clinical needs, develop and deliver an individualised therapeutic intervention, coordinate care with relevant services, and evaluate the outcome?
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the harm reduction approach to drug and alcohol issues affecting young people and demonstrated experience in the provision of interventions with young people.
- Do you have experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a high-risk or complex clinical environment? Please provide a specific example that demonstrates how you identified and managed risk, coordinated the multidisciplinary team, engaged key stakeholders, and ensured safe, person-centred outcomes for the client.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).

Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
