About the Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager to join the leadership team at the Bridgeway Hotel. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for supporting daily venue operations, leading front-of-house teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the business.

Working across nights, weekends, and all trading hours, you will play a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting team performance, and driving smooth day-to-day operations within one of Adelaide's busiest hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily venue operations and act as the key point of contact during shifts
- Supervise and support team members across bar, gaming, and food service operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest enquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming, WHS, and operational procedures
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Support functions, events, and peak trading periods as required

About You:

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor,



or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of bar, gaming, and venue operations
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive approach to service delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Ability to perform in a quick-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
- Current RSA and gaming-related certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays across a rotating roster
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this role)
