Role Description The Elearning Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. This role is responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences, including storyboards, scripts, and interactive eLearning modules that align with client objectives and audience needs.

The Elearning

Designer will collaborate closely with producers, subject matter experts, and visual creatives to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging,



and accessible learning content. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs analysis, defining learning outcomes, structuring course content, selecting appropriate instructional and multimedia approaches, and working with video, animation, and authoring tools to build SCORM-compliant or LMS-ready courses. The role also involves reviewing and iterating content based on feedback, ensuring quality, consistency with brand and compliance requirements, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Strong instructional design skills, including needs analysis, learning outcome definition, and structuring content for adult learning and corporate training.
- Experience designing eLearning using common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar), including interactive modules, quizzes, and multimedia integration.
- Ability to collaborate with video and animation teams, with a practical understanding of scripting, storyboarding, and visual communication for learning.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise learning copy and scripts, with solid attention to detail and quality assurance in grammar, layout, and user experience.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI standards, and basic learning analytics to support deployment and evaluation of digital learning.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills, including gathering requirements, presenting concepts, and incorporating feedback from clients and subject matter experts.
