TCD are currently seeking Electrical Engineers, with a keen interest and experience in major Civil & Water Infrastructure Projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Responsible for engineering support and delivery of the Project scope.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules, assigning and communicating work priorities.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the works scope, drawings and schedule for delivery.
- Communicate directly with the Client and our site management team on project issues.
- Managing quality documents, compliance and the project reporting requirements in accordance with our management systems and procedures.
- Coordinate the necessary resources including personnel,



plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver our works.
- Facilitate and support the site management team, reviewing and providing information necessary for our works to be completed in a safe manner.
- Monitor & implementing QA/QC compliance for project delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee installation of MCC kiosks, switchgear kiosks, VSD cubicles, and associated enclosures.
- Oversee installation of all field instrumentation: pressure transmitters, level instruments, flow instruments, control valves, and associated tubing/wiring.
- Manage installation of LV power and control cabling, including conduits, cable trays, pits, supports, glands, boots, and terminations.
- Ensure correct installation of earthing systems, including earth grids, pits, bonds, and trenching.

ABOUT YOU:

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum two (2) years' experience working on Civil & Water Infrastructure Construction Projects, ideally within Western Australia
- Knowledge of pumps, HDPE & steel pipeworks, hydrotesting & commissioning and detailed civil earthworks is desirable but not necessary




- Solid all-round communication skills to manage client interactions and ability to lead others
- Able to prioritise, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot
- Experience in project planning, scheduling and reporting skills – MS Project or Primavera
- Project financial & cost management skills and ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports on project status
- Experience in driving performance improvements and/or change in projects that have clear success indicators
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
- Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
