About the Role

Applying your knowledge and capability to enhance the performance of the mill in key areas such as:

- Installation, repair, maintenance, servicing, testing, modify, commission, calibration and fault finding of various forms of industrial electrical equipment and complex control systems

- Provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a work team.

- Participate in planned shutdowns and maintenance programs.

- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

- Work collaboratively with Operations and Maintenance personnel.

You will be part of the high-performing, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- You are a qualified Certificate III Electrical Tradesperson with a Qld Electrical Licence or equivalent.

- You are a qualified Certificate III Instrumentation Tradesperson

- Some or all the following experience whilst not critical, could be an advantage: power generation, protection systems and HV / LV distribution systems, AC and DC variable speed drives, DCS, PLC and SCADA based control systems, statutory testing and use and knowledge of SAP – Plant Maintenance.

- You possess strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.





- You have good communication and teamwork skills

- You have sound planning and organisational abilities

- Safety is at the core of everything you do

- Experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, sugar milling, mining, or similar industries will be highly regarded.

- You will operate in accordance with Tully Sugar’s Values and Behaviours
