Lead a maintenance crew, work across essential site equipment, and enjoy a full week off after every swing. This is a hands-on role for a supervisor who enjoys supporting their crew, solving problems in the field and keeping critical equipment running.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs and breakdown response
- Lead electricians and mechanical fitters, setting clear priorities and supporting safe, quality work
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate repairs across pumps, generators and auxiliary equipment
- Manage permits, isolations, risk assessments and maintenance records in line with site procedures
- Communicate progress,
equipment issues and upcoming work with the site team and JCV Services management
About you
- An electrical trade qualification and a current Queensland electrical work licence
- S1, S2 and S3 supervisor competencies
- G2 risk management competency
- A current Coal Board Medical
- A current Standard 11 qualification
- Experience supervising maintenance teams in mining or heavy industry
- Practical experience with pumps, generators or related equipment
- Solid leadership, fault-finding and communication skills
