Mobilize is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor with Section 26 qualifications to join a Mine Camp Project across, mining camp accommodation villages throughout the Pilbara region. This is a leadership role responsible for supervising electrical refurbishment works, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all project activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role The Electrical Supervisor will lead and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, refurbishment, testing and commissioning activities associated with accommodation room upgrades across multiple Pilbara sites.

This role requires strong supervisory capability, excellent planning and coordination skills, and a proactive approach to safety, quality and project delivery. 8:6 Roster & 12 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise electrical crews and subcontractors across project works
- Ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to site/compliance standards
- Coordinate isolations, testing, commissioning and reinstatement activities
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, inspections and field leadership tasks
- Monitor project schedules, manage risks and maintain productivity targets
- Oversee quality control, reporting and project documentation
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools and equipment to meet project deadlines
- Liaise with clients, site representatives and internal stakeholders

About You





- Previous Electrical Supervisory experience within mining, shutdown, construction or camp refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership, planning and team coordination skills
- Sound knowledge of electrical safety, permits and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage schedules, resources and project outcomes effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Safety-focused with a commitment to high work standards

Essential Requirements

- WA Electrical Licence
- Section 26 Supervisor Qualification - Final Exam Completed
- Current CPR/LVR
- First Aid
- Construction White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS legislation
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Desirable

- BHP WAIO Arc Flash & WAIO LV Rescue
- Experience working on BHP sites
- Previous accommodation village or refurbishment project experience
- High Risk Work Licences
- First Aid qualification
- Experience using project reporting and permit systems
