BRG is looking for an Email & Lifecycle Specialist to join our Customer Engagement & Retention team. You'll own end-to-end execution across email and lifecycle journeys for our consumer brands, driving campaigns that connect the dots across the full customer journey in close collaboration with marketing, brand, production, and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute weekly email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, post-purchase, and cross-sell) using marketing automation platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end build and deployment of emails & lifecycle programs, from initial setup and segmentation through QA and final send.
- Act as brand custodian across all email communications, partnering with creative to shape design direction, tone of voice, and ensure consistency across every send
- Partner with teams across marketing and brand, creative production, automation, e-commerce, and data and insights and the wider GTM team to ensure lifecycle programmes are aligned with commercial priorities.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis,



using insights to inform continuous optimisation and improvement.

Experience And Skills Required

- 1-3 years in email marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot etc.
- A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer-centric marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross functional teams
