With a people-first culture and a commitment to excellence, the firm has continued to expand its Employment & Workplace Relations offering and is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Sydney team.

Working alongside highly regarded employment law specialists, you will advise employers ranging from privately owned businesses through to major national and international organisations. The practice is recognised for its practical, commercially focused advice across all aspects of employment, industrial relations and workplace risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, executive service agreements and other employment-related documentation.
- Guiding clients through workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, employee grievances and termination matters.
- Providing advice on enterprise agreements, industrial disputes, modern awards and union engagement strategies.
- Handling employment-related litigation and disputes,



including representation in courts, commissions and other dispute resolution forums.
- Assisting clients with workplace health and safety issues, compliance obligations and broader risk management initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

- 4+ years' post-admission experience practising in employment and workplace relations law.
- Strong technical knowledge across employment, industrial relations and workplace compliance matters.
- Exceptional drafting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior members of a legal team.
