Working under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will contribute to the assessment, delivery and evaluation of quality nursing care while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. - Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Describe a recent situation where you used critical thinking to identify a change in a patient’s condition or a potential clinical risk. What actions did you take, who did you involve, and what was the outcome?
- Describe a time when you had to communicate with a patient, carer or member of the multidisciplinary team to address a concern or resolve a conflict. How did you approach the situation and ensure the patient’s care needs remained the priority?
