Formstruct is a Western Australian Owned company, we specialise in the Civil and NPI constructions of buildings, civil, structural steel, earthmoving, and concrete construction within the Pilbara region, primarily on Mining Projects.

We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team. This role will be Perth Based.

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive and commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions for civil and construction projects.

The role involves reviewing project documentation, undertaking quantity take-offs, developing construction cost estimates, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations, and identifying project risks and opportunities. Working closely with management, operations and project delivery teams, the Estimator helps secure profitable work and ensures successful tenders are handed over with transparent budgets, scope requirements and pricing assumptions.

Projects may include Mine Site Infrastructure, bulk and detailed earthworks, roads and pavements, drainage, underground services,



concrete works, retaining structures, site development and associated construction works.

- Developing tender construction methodology, schedules, and pricing for submission to client.
- Maintain effective relationships and facilitate regular communication with Formstruct management team and teams onsite.
- Working closely with clients, Formstruct management and all other project staff.

Must have
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Mine Site Experience
- Min 5 yrs Experience in Similar Role
