About the Position
Currently there is an opportunity for a dedicated Residential Estimator to join their team. Responsibilities with include:
- Reporting and measuring performance of projects
- Project estimating including carrying out stage tenders, construction schedules and negotiate with suppliers
- General production estimating and estimating bills of quantities
- Ensure accurate orders are provided within timeframes
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years residential estimating experience in a volume environment
- Valuable knowledge of relevant building legislation
- Able to identify and solve complex problems
- Databuild experience highly regarded
- Strong eye for detail
