HRC Security is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Moss Vale team. You will prepare estimates and tender submissions for high-security fencing and perimeter security projects across commercial, government and critical infrastructure sectors.
Key responsibilities
Prepare estimates and tender submissions
Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
Complete material take-offs and labour costings
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
Identify tender risks, exclusions and opportunities
Assist with tender clarifications and project handovers
Maintain accurate estimating and costing records
About you
Australian permanent residency or citizenship
Previous estimating experience in high-security fencing or a similar industry
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Good understanding of labour,
materials and subcontractor costs
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Competency with Excel and estimating software
Experience with 358 fencing, palisade, chainwire, security gates, electric fencing or perimeter detection systems will be highly regarded
