About the Role

As our Estimator & Supervisor, you will deliver insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion, combining technical estimating with hands-on site supervision. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate scopes, assessments and costings while also coordinating trades and overseeing on-site delivery to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. In this role, you will manage multiple projects at different stages, working closely with customers, insurers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, budgets, compliance requirements and customer expectations, while maintaining strong control, communication and accountability across both estimating and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate assessments, scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance repair projects
- Supervise and coordinate trades to ensure safe, high-quality on-site delivery of works
- Manage multiple projects across estimating and construction phases
- Liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate system records, documentation and reporting across CRM platforms

About You

- Experience in estimating, construction supervision or insurance repair environments
- Strong understanding of building methods, scopes of work and insurance processes
- Ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with accurate reporting and documentation capability
- Proactive,



organised and able to work in a fast-paced setting
