About You

With a passion for coaching and developing others, you will be motivated by seeing people gain independence, competence and engagement with others in their life. Proven experience working with people will be matched by the following:

- Effective listening skills and adaptable communication style
- Experience with support
- A strong commitment to client-directed support
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team
- An understanding of service delivery
- Tertiary qualifications

It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a current & valid driver’s license.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading high-quality practice for people we support To achieve this, the role entails:

- Team leadership, ensuring staff maintain a focus on client directed support aligned to personal goals & service delivery objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating support plans




- Confirming accurate case notes and reports are completed regularly by the team and that regular case reviews are conducted
- Working collaboratively
- Implement strategies to engage, develop and retain high performing teams
- Assist with planning budget expenditure and then ensuring services are delivered within the approved budget
- Participate in the On-Call after hours support roster as required
