Role Description The Executive Support Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders at Bond University. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and schedules, organizing virtual meetings and events, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentation materials, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
The Executive Support
Coordinator will also support case management activities, coordinate cross-functional communication,
and use relevant systems and tools to provide efficient technical and operational support to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build effective relationships and provide professional support to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to prepare documentation and liaise with executive leaders and partners.
- Candidates should possess Case Management experience to track issues, follow up on actions, and ensure timely resolution of executive and stakeholder requests.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to use office software, communication platforms, and information systems efficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Experience in executive or administrative support, coordination roles, or higher education environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting, are essential.
- A relevant qualification in administration, business, or a related field is desirable.
