Synopsis

- $73,324 + 12% Superannuation

About The Role We’re looking for someone who knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. As a Facilities Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our team and branch operate with precision and efficiency. This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, follows processes with confidence, and brings a proactive approach to improving the way we work. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service while supporting the administrative and operational needs of the team. What Your Experience Might Look Like

- Experience in providing a high level administrative support within a facilities management and/or construction industry and/or relevant experience in a similar roles
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise task to achieve operational requirements and timeframes with the ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment with limited direction
- High level of accuracy and attention to details with proven experience of data entry
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
