About the role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Lounge Repair Guys - Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time position based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repairs to our clients' lounges and other upholstered furniture.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct on-site assessments and diagnose issues with client's furniture
- Carry out repairs and refurbishments to a high standard
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and to company standards
- Assist with the installation of new furniture as required
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive brand experience

About you

- Proven experience as a Furniture Technician or similar role
- Strong upholstery and furniture repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required
