We’re looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team, and we think this role will be ideal for someone with a solid financial administration background, who is at home in a small and highly collaborative team.
As our Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in making sure we keep the money flowing through the business. Taking responsibility for accounts payable and receivable, expense claim processing and reconciliations, payroll processing, and supporting month-end tasks.
You will take ownership of the routine finance tasks, and also work as part of a small Corporate team that supports Carclew. Because we’re a small team, there will also be a need for you to help out with some other administrative tasks from time to time, so this will be a great fit if you’re the type of person who is happy to chip in and work as a part of a collaborative team.
As for your experience, you’re an experienced finance all-rounder. You are comfortable working with a degree of independence and trust, and also have an eye for how you can improve a process.
Experience working with Xero would be handy too.
Of course everything we do is in support of the valuable work Carclew does within the community, so this is a chance to be a part of something truly meaningful.
If this sounds like the right role for you, we encourage you to apply ASAP. It isn’t required, but we would love a short cover letter alongside your application that tells us a bit about why you would like to work with Carclew in this role.
