Key areas of responsibility include:

- Manage and Reconcile Accounts: Take charge of reconciling accounts, ensuring all payments to stakeholders are processed accurately and within terms.
- Bank Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile bank accounts across all Fujifilm Australia entities, ensuring precise cash journal entries and timely updates.
- General Ledger Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of general ledger reconciliations, including various customer accounts and prepaid expenses.
- Generate Invoices and Credit Notes: Produce proforma invoices and credit notes promptly upon stakeholder request, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain Supply and Surcharge Accounts:



Handle reconciliation and credit note generation for supply and surcharge accounts.

Desired Skills And Experience What about you?

- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex reconciliations, data matching, and advanced Excel skills.
- Skills: High level of numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- You will be self motivated and keen to develop your career within a strategic product category,
