Sales Consultant – High-End Jewellery

Are you passionate about luxury jewellery and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our experienced team based predominantly at our Pearls store .

What You’ll Bring:

- Confidence and professionalism - You are well-presented, articulate, and have a positive attitude.
- Industry experience - Previous experience in high-end retail or luxury sales is key.
- Customer-focused mindset - You understand the art of crafting a memorable experience for every client, whether in person, on the phone, or online.
- Strong Sales Ability - An ability to engage customers, understand their needs and convert into sales while upholding the brand and values of the business.
- Flexibility - The capacity to work in our Pearls store from 4 days per week including 2 Saturdays per 4 week cycle. Some capacity to work out of our other stores may be required on occasions.

- An ability to learn on the go.

- Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Previous experience with high end jewellery is preferred but not required.
