Our client is seeking a Monitoring Operator - Fire to join their team based in Jandakot.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring fire alarm systems, responding to emergency events, communicating with customers and emergency services, and ensuring all incidents are managed in accordance with established procedures.

To be successful in this tole you must have: Availability to work rotating roster, including a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off shift pattern.

Your Profile

Monitor and respond to fire alarms, faults, and communication eventsHandle high volumes of inbound and outbound callsLiaise with customers, emergency services, technicians, and facility managersEscalate incidents and notify relevant contacts as requiredLog service requests and dispatch technician jobsComplete accurate records, reporting, and administrative tasksFollow strict procedures and compliance requirementsWe are seeking someone with robust customer service skills, can work under pressure, and make sound decisions under pressure.
