About the Role iMile Australia is looking for an experienced Fleet/ Logistics Network Specialist to oversee the performance and development of our last-mile delivery network across the the assigned area.

This role is responsible for managing regional network coverage, delivery performance, operational quality, capacity, cost and service stability across our DSP/CSP partner network . You will work closely with internal Operations teams and external delivery partners to ensure consistent service performance and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will lead and support Network Supervisors and work with delivery partners to identify operational gaps, resolve issues and improve overall network performance.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Network Management

- Take overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day management of the last-mile delivery network across the assigned area.
- Manage network coverage, service quality, delivery performance, operational capacity and cost across the region.
- Monitor network stability and identify potential capacity or service risks.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve network efficiency, service levels and customer experience.

DSP / CSP Partner Management

- Manage relationships and performance across DSP/CSP delivery partners and service providers.
- Monitor partner performance against key operational KPIs, including delivery timeliness, delivery success, service quality and customer complaints.




- Work with partners to identify root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support partner onboarding, performance improvement and ongoing capability development.

Site & Resource Planning

- Oversee the operational performance of multiple delivery sites across the region.
- Review site coverage, capacity and resource requirements to support business growth.
- Work with internal teams and delivery partners to address capacity gaps and optimise resource allocation.
- Support site planning and network expansion initiatives where required.

Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Analyse regional operational data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve delivery quality, productivity, cost efficiency and service stability.
- Lead the resolution of operational exceptions and ensure issues are followed through to closure.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across regional teams and delivery partners.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and support Network Supervisors responsible for the day-to-day management of individual delivery sites.
- Provide direction, coaching and support to supervisors to improve operational performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Sales and other teams to resolve network issues.




- Provide regular regional performance updates and insights to the Regional General Manager.

About You We are looking for someone with strong experience in logistics, transport or last-mile operations who can combine operational management, data-driven problem solving and stakeholder management .

You will ideally have

- Experience in transport, logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, 3PL or a similar operational environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites, delivery operations or a regional network.
- Experience working with DSPs, CSPs, carriers, contractors or other external service providers is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, service quality and delivery performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and drive practical solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of operational costs and resource efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and influence both internal teams and external partners.
- A hands-on and results-focused approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
