Tailored Workforce is recruiting 10 casual Hospitality and Customer Service staff for the Marhaba Lounge at Melbourne Airport. Interviews are Wednesday, 30 September 2026, so referrals are required ASAP. Candidates should have previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer service experience and be well presented, reliable, confident and customer focused.
The lounge operates across a 24/7 rotating roster. Requirements: RSA, Food Handling Certificate, Medical, ASIC, Police Check and Australian work rights. Casual rates start from approximately $33.05 per hour, with higher rates depending on classification, shifts and penalties.
Chef/Cook candidates can also be considered, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. Please send suitable referrals through as soon as possible.
