Robina Pavilion is looking for energetic, reliable and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, with the role primarily focused on bar service.
This is a casual position offering approximately 25 hours per week, with regular night, weekend and public holiday availability required. We’re looking for people who enjoy working in a rapid-paced hospitality environment, can deliver great service under pressure and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Preparing and serving beer, wine, spirits and basic cocktails
- Operating POS systems and processing payments
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Following RSA, venue and compliance procedures
- Supporting bistro and general food & beverage service when required
What we’re looking for
- Current QLD RSA
- RSG preferred
- Previous bar, hospitality or food & beverage experience highly regarded
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Cocktail, gaming or high-volume bar experience is an advantage
