We are currently recruiting for multiple Forklift and Warehouse Operators to join an established distribution warehouse in the Underwood area.
We have 4 positions available across Picking, Dispatch and Truck Loading, so whether your experience is strongest in warehouse Picking, Dispatch or Forklift Operation, we would like to hear from you.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
PICKER / FORKLIFT OPERATORS – 2 POSITIONS
This role combines forklift operation with manual order picking, ideal for those that like an active role!
You will move through the warehouse with an order pallet, picking stock to build customer orders before taking completed pallets through to Dispatch.
Duties include:
- Forklift operation to move pallets
- Picking stock and building customer orders
- Picking orders accurately
- Moving completed pallets to Dispatch
High Reach experience is highly regarded but not essential.
You will need to be physically fit, comfortable with regular lifting and confident working in a warehouse environment.
DISPATCH / FORKLIFT OPERATOR – 1 POSITION
This role would suit someone who is organised, accurate and enjoys the checking and preparation side of warehouse work.
You will be responsible for preparing completed orders for dispatch and making sure everything is ready to go.
Duties include:
- Wrapping and strapping pallets
- Counting and checking orders
- Preparing freight for dispatch
- Counterbalance forklift operation to fetch and stage pallets
- Ensuring orders are accurate before leaving site
LO licence or experience is highly regarded but not essential.
This position involves less manual handling than the picking roles and would suit someone with good attention to detail.
COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT TRUCK LOADER – 1 POSITION
This role is primarily focused on forklift operation. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and assisting Dispatch when required.
Duties include:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Counterbalance forklift operation
- Moving and staging pallets
- Working safely around warehouse and transport areas
- Assisting Dispatch when required
We are looking for someone with positive, confident forklift skills who is comfortable loading and unloading trucks throughout the day.
IDEAL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Confident forklift operating ability
- For the Picking positions, you must also be comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting.
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
