About Zebri

Zebri is building the all-in-one platform for wedding vendors to manage their entire business in one place.

From managing enquiries and booking couples to contracts, invoices, timelines and client communication, we're bringing the tools wedding professionals need into one simple platform. We're also exploring how AI can take repetitive admin off their hands, help them convert more enquiries into bookings, and give them more time to focus on their couples.

We're building Zebri specifically for MCs and Celebrants, rather than adapting generic business software to fit their needs.

We're an early-stage startup with an ambitious vision, and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape both the product and the company from the ground up.

The Role

As our Founding Product Designer, you'll own the design experience across Zebri. You'll work directly with the founder to turn customer insights, product ideas and business problems into intuitive, polished experiences that our customers genuinely love using.

This isn't a role where you'll simply receive tickets and design screens. You'll have a meaningful say in what we build, how we build it, and how Zebri evolves as a product. You'll help establish our design principles, create a consistent design system, and shape the overall look, feel and usability of the platform.

What You'll Do

- Own product design end to end: Take ideas from early discovery and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs, prototypes and implementation.
- Shape the product direction: Work with the founder to identify customer problems, validate ideas and prioritise features that deliver real value.
- Talk to customers: Work directly with wedding MCs and Celebrants to understand their workflows, frustrations and needs.
- Make complex workflows simple: Design intuitive experiences for CRM, enquiries, automations, client portals, contracts, invoicing and wedding timelines.
- Design AI-powered experiences:



Help shape how AI can make running a wedding business easier, from managing leads to suggesting follow-ups and next steps.
- Build a cohesive design system: Establish reusable components, interaction patterns and visual standards across the platform.
- Collaborate on development: Work closely with the founder and engineering to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible and implemented to a high standard.
- Continuously improve the product: Use customer feedback, product usage and experimentation to identify opportunities to improve the experience.

What We're Looking For

- Experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX thinking, interaction design and visual craft.
- The ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear, intuitive user experience.
- A strong understanding of user-centred design, usability testing, prototyping and iterative development.
- An eye for detail and a passion for building products that feel simple, polished and effortless to use.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup where priorities evolve and you have significant ownership.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to challenge assumptions and contribute ideas.
- Experience with tools such as Figma and up-to-date design systems.
