Butcher and Vine Hampton is seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff / Bar team members to join our vibrant hospitality venue in Hampton!
What you'll be doing
- Greeting guests with a warm welcome and seating them
- Taking orders and putting them in a pos system
- Making drinks (bar experience preferred)
- Clearing tables
- Working collaboratively
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar service or front-of-house roles is desirable but no a dealbreaker
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits, or willingness to develop this knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment during peak service times
- Flexible approach to casual work with availability for evenings, weekends and new years
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
